Do you have systems appropriate for children?
Yes, we offer a variety of bundles for a wide range of age groups and interests. We are happy to work with you to select the best bundle for you, or to customize a product that will perfectly meet your needs.
Are the systems easy to operate?
Absolutely. We set up the systems so they are very easy to use, and we provide laminated “cheat sheets” to help your patients, residents, or guests easily operate the electronics without assistance from your facility’s staff.
How long does it take to receive a large order?
Typically large orders ship in 2-4 weeks. Need it sooner? Just let us know and we can usually accommodate rush orders.
How can my facility make payment?
Most of our customers place their order by sending us a Purchase Order. Please email Purchase Orders to Shelly@FullyLoadedElectronics.com. We accept Purchase Orders with Net 30 payment terms. We also accept checks, credit cards, and wire transfers.
How much is shipping?
USPS Priority shipping is free with your purchase. Faster shipping is available for a fee that depends upon the weight and destination of the order.
Is there tax?
There is no tax unless you're located here with us in Washington state.
