Does Fully Loaded Electronics also install the gaming systems at our location?

Usually your facilities staff installs the video game systems and any security items using our easy-to-follow instructions. However, if you need help with installation just let us know and we’re happy to help. We have many partner businesses across the country who can complete the installation for you.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Smaller orders of 10-20 units typically ship in 1-2 weeks. We ship most items USPS Priority, which takes 2-5 days.

Larger orders can take 3-4 weeks to ship. Even for the largest orders, we try to ship within 4 weeks.

Need it sooner? We’re happy to help! In a pinch, we can put a rush on it and ship very quickly if needed. Just let us know.

What does the warranty cover?

The warranty covers defects in manufacturing. It does not cover normal wear-and-tear, drops, or other breakage. See the full warranty terms here.

If you’d like more coverage, check out our Maintenance Plans, which cover accidental damage and normal wear-and-tear. That includes worn-out controllers and cracked iPad screens.
