How can I get an invoice or customized product?

Does Fully Loaded Electronics also install the gaming systems at our location?

Usually your facility's staff installs the video game systems and any security items using our easy-to-follow instructions. If you need help with installation, just let us know and we’re happy to help with videos, photos, and assistance as needed.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We ship out 95% of our orders within three weeks of receiving payment. After that, your delivery date will depend on the method of shipping used.

What does the warranty cover?

The warranty covers defects in manufacturing. It does not cover normal wear-and-tear, drops, or other breakage. See the full warranty terms here.

If you’d like more coverage, ask about our Maintenance Plans.  They cover accidental damage and normal wear-and-tear. That includes worn-out controllers and cracked iPad screens.
