What is the warranty?

All purchases from FLE are covered by an FLE warranty for 3 years, or for the lifetime of your ownership if you upgrade your warranty to lifetime coverage. The warranty covers hardware manufacturer’s defects. It does not cover loss, damage, or consumables such as batteries. Feel free to review the full warranty terms. If you’re having a problem, we’re happy to help! Please send us an email describing the problem (CustomerCare@FullyLoadedElectronics.com) and one of our helpful customer service staff or a technician will write back to you. We will always try to fix problems remotely before we have you mail your item back to us. If an item is outside of the warranty time frame, or if you have a problem that is not a manufacturer's defect, we can help diagnose the problem and either have FLE technicians repair it or facilitate repair with another shop. Customers will always be provided a quote for the cost of repair so they can decide whether to proceed with the work.

What is your return policy?

FLE accepts returns within 60 days of customer receipt, as long as you return the item in the same condition as it was sent. (It is not acceptable to play something until you’re tired of it, and then return it. Items must be basically unplayed in order to qualify for a full refund under our return policy.) If you’d like to return an item because it doesn’t meet your needs, you changed your mind, or you ended up with two by accident (lucky you!) then email Fully Loaded Electronics to make arrangements for the return.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please include a copy of your receipt with the item. Once the item is received by FLE, a technician will conduct an inspection to make sure the item was returned in the same condition as it was sent, and then a refund will be issued when appropriate. See our full return policy here.

Where’s my order?

When we shipped your order we sent you an email with the USPS tracking number.  Enter the tracking number into the search bar at www.usps.com to see the location of your package. If USPS has your package, please communicate with your mail carrier or local Post Office to receive your package.

USPS tried to deliver my item, but no one was home to sign for it. Where is it now?

FLE requires a signature upon delivery of packages over $300. When a signature is required, your usual USPS mail carrier will bring the package to your door, and if no one is home to sign for it they will leave you a note. The note provides information for you to contact USPS to schedule delivery, or you may pick up your package at the Post Office the following day. USPS will hold your package for two weeks from the time of the first delivery attempt. After that, they will return to your package to FLE. When packages are returned to FLE, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipment. To schedule delivery call USPS (1-800-ASK-USPS) and have your tracking number handy.

What if I didn’t get an email with my tracking number?

We may have sent the email with tracking to an email account you don't check very often. Verify which email address you provided at the time you made your purchase. Also, check your email account's junk mail or spam folders. The confirmation email and tracking number may be in there. If you still can’t find it, please send us an email (CustomerCare@FullyLoadedElectronics.com) and we’ll be happy to look into it. A small percentage of confirmation emails we send get bounced back to us, and we're eager to connect with you to give you the information you need.

How do I watch Netflix?

To utilize Netflix you need two things – internet connectivity and a Netflix subscription.

Internet connectivity on a handheld system means setting up your Wi-Fi, and on a console you could do wireless or a wired internet connection.

On a console you can connect to the internet wirelessly or wired.

Many people already have Netflix in their home, and if you do you can use your existing Netflix account on your system.

If you don’t currently have a Netflix subscription, it’s worth checking out! Your first month is free, and after that it’s under $20 per month. (And Netflix doesn't even pay us for saying that!)

How do I play other games on my DS - besides the ones that came loaded on it?

Each DS (2DS / 3DS XL / 2DS XL) has takes game cartridges and a memory card. The games and movies you bought from FLE come on a memory card in your unit and/or on a game cartridge. The DS has no on-board memory of its own. If you want to play a cartridge game, just take out the cartridge FLE put in there for you, and put in the new cartridge you want to play. If you want to download additional games and movies onto a fresh memory card, simply remove the memory card FLE put in there and put in a fresh memory card. Additional games and movies can be purchased and downloaded from the Nintendo eStore as long as your DS is connected to the internet. Remember – if you take a memory card or game cartridge out of your DS, be sure to put it somewhere safe so you can put them back in and enjoy them later.
